Our new location is in the Louisville Medical and Professional Center on South Boulder Road in Louisville, Colorado, at South Boulder and Garfield. The office is now on the ground floor - no more stairs! - and there is a ramp and automatic door for wheelchair access.
There is ample parking right at the building, and the location is more convenient to Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville than ever before.
